Chicken & Tomato Vodka Penne

Our tasty chicken and vodka penne, tossed in a delicious, creamy tomato vodka sauce, with succulent pieces of chicken.

Preparation

Tastiest when microwaved straight from the freezer

1. Pierce the film lid.

2. Microwave on FULL POWER.

3. 700W 7 mins, 800W 6 mins, 900W 5 mins

4. Peel back the film lid & stir.

5. Re-cover and heat for a further: 700W 3 mins, 800W 3 mins, 900W 3 mins.

6. Stand for 1 minute, remove the film lid, stir and serve.


Alternatively, oven bake:

1. Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas Mark 6 and remove the film lid.

2.  Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven. Cook for 30 mins.

3.  Stir and cook for a further 10 minutes. Stand for 2 minutes and stir well before serving.

Store frozen at -18 degrees Celsius
