
Preparation
Tastiest when microwaved straight from the freezer
1. Pierce the film lid.
2. Microwave on FULL POWER.
3. 700W 7 mins, 800W 6 mins, 900W 5 mins
4. Peel back the film lid & stir.
5. Re-cover and heat for a further: 700W 3 mins, 800W 3 mins, 900W 3 mins.
6. Stand for 1 minute, remove the film lid, stir and serve.
Alternatively, oven bake:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas Mark 6 and remove the film lid.
2. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven. Cook for 30 mins.
3. Stir and cook for a further 10 minutes. Stand for 2 minutes and stir well before serving
Please ensure food is cooked until
piping hot.

Safety instructions
The tray may soften on heating and will regain rigidity on standing. When removing the film lid after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. Do NOT grill.
